A boutique development in Leamington Spa is to be showcased to the public at a launch event.
Property agent ehB Residential is holding an open weekend at the new Park House development, in Avenue Road, on November 12 and 13.
The scheme, developed by Warwick firm Space gk, features eight one and two bedroom apartments, including two duplexes and one rooftop penthouse.

Interested home buyers can go along between 10am and 4pm on November 12 and 11am and 2pm on November 13.
