A leading Warwickshire estate agent is celebrating three long-serving members of staff.

Property agent ehB Residential has recognised dedicated colleagues Julia Rogers, Scott Smith and Gayl Tallis who have spent more than 40 years between them at the firm’s Leamington office.

The trio were presented with gifts by managing director Edward Bromwich who thanked them for their hard work over the years.

Accounts administrator Julia has worked at ehB Residential, which also has an office in Warwick, for 10 years and says she enjoys working as part of an independent company.

She said: “It’s like being part of a family at ehB Residential. We know all of our tenants and landlords, it has a really personal feel and is nothing like a big corporate chain.

“The company has really moved with the times and has embraced modern technology to ensure we provide the best possible service for our clients.

“Edward is a wonderful boss and I really enjoy my role here which is why I have stayed with the company for so long.”

Sales manager Scott has worked for the firm for 14 years. He said: “I have been an estate agent for 38 years and this company embodies everything I think agencies should be.

“We are very well established within the town and have always had an excellent reputation which we have enhanced over time.

“Being independent is very important and gives us more of a unique position in Leamington.”

Gayl is a lettings manager at ehB Residential and has been with the company for 18 years.

 “I really enjoy my job and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else,” she said.

“Everyone here has a wealth of experience and there is always support if you need it. The office is a very nice, professional environment to work in and we are like an independent family unit.

“Edward is a very good manager and it is nice to receive recognition from the company.”

Edward said he is proud to have long-serving members of staff who value the company so highly.

He said: “Julia, Scott and Gayl have spent the best part of their careers with me and it demonstrates that ehB Residential is a great company to work for.

“I would like to thank them for all of their hard work over the years and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.”
