New Website launched as demand for property increases

Fri 11 Sep 2015

ehB Residential, which has offices in Leamington and Warwick, has reported an influx in the number of potential buyers registering with the firm during the first half of the year.

In response to the surge in the market, ehB has launched its new website which makes it easier for house hunters to personalise their property search and receive alerts by email.

Clive Thompson, office manager, said: “Recent statistics by the National Association of Estate Agents revealed that demand for properties across the UK is at an 11-year high – and this is certainly the case locally too.

“As economic confidence continues to grow we are seeing huge numbers of local families start to take advantage of increasing equity and secure mortgages at more favourable rates.

“More employment opportunities combined with Leamington and Warwick’s attractive retail and cultural offering has also been a huge draw for clients moving to the area.

“That said, supply is still low and the number of homes coming to the market have not recovered from the general election slow down.

“Therefore it has never been more important for potential buyers to be able to source suitable properties quickly and easily.

“Our website is also fully responsive so users can access the site across all devices including a PC, tablet and mobile – it also includes a sketch-a-search tool.

“The application allows people to complete personalised property searches by highlighting all available houses in a specific area. They can also sign up to email alerts so that they do not miss out on finding their perfect home.

“We are confident that the new website will make it easier for those looking to buy or rent to evaluate properties that are available.”

"Dear Josephine and all at ehB. Just a quick note to thank you for all your help and support. It has been invaluable during a very stressful time, and I cannot begin to explain how your thoughts, advice and courage has got us through. We are thrilled to begin our lives in our new home."
