ehB Residential is among 3,000 professional property lettings agents UK wide to celebrate Safe Agent Awareness Week this week.
Now in its eighth year, the week – which runs from June 17 – 21, celebrates good, professional agents operating in the private rented sector.
ehB Residential was part of the original Safe Agent campaign which championed making it mandatory for all letting and management agents to have Client Money Protection (CMP) to ensure landlords’ and tenants’ money was fully protected.
As a result, CMP is now mandatory.
Now, as part of Safe Agent, the largest UK wide accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents, ehB offers a range of services delivered with the highest levels of customer service and compliance.
With many legislation changes currently happening in the sector, ehB is on hand to assist tenants and landlords with advice and support.
