ehB Residential welcomes new Mini to its sales and surveys team

Mon 15 Oct 2018

Staff from Leamington estate agency and surveyor ehB Residential will be easy to spot around town and in Warwickshire villages, thanks to the latest addition to its team – a Mini Clubvan emblazoned with the company logo.

The idea of procuring a stylish but utilitarian company van came from RICS surveyor Jonathan Selby, who runs the company’s surveying arm and was keen for a vehicle which contained enough space for his ladders and other specialist equipment.

And while he’s back in the office preparing homebuyers and valuation reports, colleagues from the sales and lettings teams are able to take it out on viewings.

When Jonathan and ehB Residential MD Edward Bromwich came across the vehicle, already painted in their light blue corporate colour, they decided this must be a sign that the van was destined to be theirs. A sign writer added the stylish finishing Mini touches.

The Mini travelled many miles in its first week with ehB, and was used to attend viewings at properties as diverse as a luxury converted convent in Lapworth, an exclusive collection of five new build stone houses in tranquil Priors Marston and a select development of town centre houses in Kenilworth.

"'My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel to secure an apartment rental through EHB Residential. Not only was the apartment immaculate upon our arrival - with every small detail taken care of, Rachel worked hard to make the whole rental process as smooth as possible. p. Rachel shows a genuine interest in the needs of both the tenant and landlord. For us, this created a 'win win' situation where we were able to move into our dream apartment with minimum fuss while the owners of the property can rest assured that their investment is safe under Rachel's diligent management. p. I would highly recommend the services of Rachel and EHB residential.5* experience ' "
