ehB Residential co-founds new local portal for property searchers

Mon 15 Feb 2021

ehB Residential MD Edward Bromwich is one of a number of local estate agents who’ve co-founded a new, locally focused property portal.

The website, wearethemarket.co.uk, was developed to help buyers and renters find a dream home in their perfect location.

Featuring the majority of all the homes available to buy or rent in Warwickshire and Coventry wearethemarket.co.uk gives local searchers access to properties before they are advertised on the big national sites.

The portal is managed by 28 local independent agents who have 53 offices between them and know their local property area inside out. And it's backed by property enthusiast and rugby legend Jason Robinson OBE who has made a number of videos to promote the new site.

One of the portal’s co-founders, ehB Residential MD Edward Bromwich, explained: “We believe this concept is the future for buying and renting locally. ‘Look Local’ pages will provide customers with instant access to information on schools, parks, community facilities, churches, cafes and pubs - when they’re open again! This all helps to inform the decision-making process when prospective purchasers and tenants are looking at where they might want to live next. So, while the home itself is so important, so is the ‘location, location, location’ as we say in the trade!”

Fellow co-founder, Mike Cleary, director at Sheldon Bosley Knight, added: “We’re excited that the site is now live and has so many independent agents signed up as founders and ambassadors.”

"Dear Mark and the team. Thank you for all your hard work, patience and professionalism and for making selling our home as pain free as possible.  We will highly recommend you."
