ehB Residential launches pair of funky detached houses in Whitnash

Wed 24 Oct 2018

The words ‘funky’ and ‘Whitnash’ are perhaps not natural bedfellows. But with the arrival of two rather stylish contemporary new builds in town, maybe Leamington’s sensible little sister is about to emerge as the new Islington.

The pair of natty detached houses, on the market through ehB Residential in the older part of the sleepy former suburb, could help Whitnash along its journey to trendyville status.

Both houses, created by a joint venture between Woodrose Developments and the Wigley Group, have something of the James Bond about them – with their double height windows, asymmetrical architecture and Mediterranean style white rendered external walls.

Each property has a large, 33 feet long, airy open plan living/dining/kitchen area with immense floor to ceiling windows.

The larger of the two has four bedrooms – two on the ground floor - and the upstairs master has an en suite dressing room. Both homes offer family bathroom, cloakroom and utility, while the three-bedroom house has an office as well as one bedroom on the ground floor.

The New York style kitchens are populated with integrated Neff appliances and both homes have a multimedia system offering access to terrestrial and satellite TV, zonal under floor heating on the ground floor and multi fuel burners in the living room fireplace.

Often funkiness comes at a price – but Plot A and Plot B, as these are imaginatively called, are on the market with a guide price of £400,000 for the three-bedroom model and £450,000 for its larger sibling.

The homes are just half a mile from Leamington town centre and offer easy access to the A46 and the motorway network, with regular trains to Birmingham and London Marylebone from nearby Leamington and Warwick Parkway stations.

"Hi Chris Jonathan and I just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work in the sale of 21 Hyde Place. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish and we were very impressed with EHB throughout. We felt that your marketing, approach to the sale, communication and correspondence was brilliant - its a shame you don't have an office in the North East so we can use you again! Many thanks to you and all the team. All the best for the future Kind Regards Sarah and Jonathan "
