Many people say we’re the next best thing to Santa… Hmm, actually that’s not true is it? But it doesn’t stop us showing you we’re as benevolent as Father Christmas in our December ‘Wherever you lay your hat’ campaign!
Perhaps we’ll settle for being like his busy elves, beavering away behind the scenes making sure your house is beautifully presented and offered to only the best boys and girls out there.
Hmm, perhaps even that is a little deluded too.
Well, okay – we’re estate agents. We don’t wear red suits (but we do wear suits, so we’re half way there). We don’t have beards (whoever heard of a hipster estate agent?) We don’t have a sleigh – but we do have a rather snazzy ehB logo emblazoned mini Clubman van. And we do sometimes say ho, ho, ho… although only in the privacy of our own homes as we don’t want to frighten the customers.
So that’s it really – we’re all looking forward to a wonderful Christmas – and hope you are too. We’ll be working almost as hard as Santa – but perhaps won’t be imbibing quite so much sherry.
We’re here if you need us between Christmas and New Year (10am til 3pm on December 27 and 28 and 9am til 2pm on the 29th) – helping you sell or buy your house - so you can relax!! We are SO kind.
"Hi Juliana, I was driving past your offices today and realised that I never contacted you to say thank you for all your help in the purchase of Villiers Street. I am so very sorry that it took me so long, it’s been a crazy few weeks! From my first property viewings with Clive to collecting the keys from Chris on completion day and all the parts in-between with yourself, I thoroughly enjoyed working with ehB. I saw lots of properties with an array of local estate agents and ehB were the most professional, knowledgeable and personable out of all of them (by a country mile!). You were fantastic at keeping track of the process the whole way through and really made me feel like an important customer. After speaking with many friends and family, it seems this is a very unique experience of an estate agents (particularly as a buyer) and therefore I really want you to know how appreciative I am. The house is really starting to feel like home already and I’m so pleased with the purchase. I have already sung the praises of ehB to my friends, family and colleagues. Once again, thank you for all your help in the purchase. All the best, G Sharp "
