Exclusive Kenilworth town centre houses to be unveiled this weekend

A trio of four bedroom new build houses in a select gated development of just 12 properties in the heart of Kenilworth is to be revealed to the public for the first time this weekend.

A pair of three storey semi detached homes and a detached house will be available for viewing during an open day at Warwick Place, a private road just off the bustling main thoroughfare, on Saturday August 18th between 10am and 3pm.

The impressive, high spec houses – one of which offers nearly 1,900 sq ft of living space, while its neighbours provide 1,700 sq ft – all have generous sized rooms, a study, garage, family bathroom and shower room as well as en suite to the main bedroom.

The larger of the three has a 30 ft long kitchen dining room as well as a living room, while the other two have a main living room 30 ft long.

In addition to the three houses, Warwick Place consists of nine spacious apartments of around 1,000 sq ft, several of which have already been sold.

Leamington developer Trengarren’s previous exclusive developments include an apartment and penthouse scheme created from two Victorian villas in Leamington’s elegant Leam Terrace.

House prices start at £635,000.
