Fly through film offers buyers the chance to experience new Napton homes

Mon 09 Jul 2018

House hunters who’d like an idea of what it would be like to live in a new development in the achingly beautiful canalside village of Napton-on-the-Hill can enjoy a virtual trip through the settlement before committing themselves to a physical exploration.

Hillside Views, created by well-regarded Leamington developer AC Lloyd, offers a small selection of two to four bedroom homes designed to blend into the hillside community.

The flythrough offers a whole minute and a half experience in animated form.

Work on the development is well under way, with a number of the houses already reserved.

Properties currently available include a three-bedroom detached house with garage for around £350,000 and two three bedroom semis and a two-bedroom bungalow for £280,000 or thereabouts.

Those unfamiliar with Napton will be bowled over by the combination of its mellow honey stone cottages, local store, selection of pubs including the rather quaint canalside Folly Inn, village green and school. It even boasts its own cidery.

A chance to view the setting in real life is available by visiting the marketing suite between 10am and 5pm daily except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

"I must say that both my partner and I were absolutely delighted with the Estate Agent that conducted the viewing with us on Saturday. We have been searching for a property for some time now and of all the professionals that we have met in the industry, he genuinely was the most pleasant, charming and straight forward man! We are hopeful that we can find the property for us through ehB as we are so impressed with the service provided. Best wishes"
