A trio of super high-end apartments converted from an imposing Regency building in Leamington town centre is about to be launched through estate agency ehB Residential.
Would-be buyers may need to get to the head of the viewing queue though, as a recent complex created by the same developer and marketed through ehB last year sold out in just four hours!
