Kenilworth developer to pay stamp duty for buyers moving in for Christmas

Wed 24 Oct 2018

Developers of three luxury homes in the heart of Kenilworth are offering to pay the stamp duty for all buyers moving in to one of their properties before Christmas.

And an open weekend in November will give those interested in the possibility of saving up to £24,000 on the deal the chance to view the remaining two spacious apartments and three new build four-bedroom houses in a select gated development in the heart of Kenilworth.

The high spec properties, among only a dozen constructed in Warwick Place, a private road just off the bustling main thoroughfare, will be available for viewing on Saturday November 3 and Sunday November 4 between 11am and 3pm.

The houses – one of which offers nearly 1,900 sq ft of accommodation - all have generous sized rooms, a study, garage, family bathroom and shower room as well as en suite to the main bedroom.

The larger of the three has a 30 ft long kitchen dining room as well as a living room, while the other two have an open plan main kitchen/dining/living room 30 ft long.

They each have a fitted kitchen, utility room, a combination of carpet and Karndean flooring, garage, patio, lawned rear garden and two parking spaces.

The apartments, seven of which have already been sold, each offer around 1,000 sq ft.

Leamington developer Trengarren’s previous exclusive developments include an apartment and penthouse scheme created from two Victorian villas in Leamington’s elegant Leam Terrace.

Apartments start at £335,000, with the houses available from £635,000.

"Recently I engaged EHB to sell my house in Leamington, I like most people asked 3 or 4 local agents, but I chose EHB because I felt they understood the local Leamington market and they made me feel a wanted customer. During the process they did nothing to change my mind. I felt they knew what good customer support was and will I use them again? Absolutely! Mr Skuse "
