A developer who has created three exclusive townhouses just yards from Leamington town centre has commissioned a professional video of the homes to help would-be buyers who may be overseas or in quarantine after their summer holidays.
A successful open day, allowing visitors to tour the continental style light and airy new build four storey townhouses just a stone’s throw from Leamington’s Parade, took place at the weekend.
But aware that some people are unable to view in person at the moment if they are abroad or in quarantine, the videos offer an almost good as real life alternative until they can view them in person.
The unusual contemporary properties at Victoria Court in Kenilworth Road have been created by Warwick developer Space GK and each offers well over 2,500 sq ft of space plus a double garage.
The homes are appended to the original 19th century building which Space GK recently converted into two dramatic duplex apartments and a penthouse.
Each house has a bright, light-filled 33-foot long living dining kitchen area which flows effortlessly into an easy to maintain walled balcony garden via full width bi-fold doors.
