Long Itchington new home buyers offered incentives to be in for Christmas

Mon 26 Nov 2018

Quick-off-the-mark home hunters able to move into their brand new home in time for Christmas are being offered a goody bag of free gifts if they buy one of David Wilson Homes’ five-bedroom detached homes in Long Itchington.

ehB Residential is selling the few remaining plots at Spinney Fields on the Stockton Road just outside Southam – and developers are encouraging a speedy sale by paying the stamp duty for all purchases which complete by December 22.

They are also offering free flooring, an upgraded kitchen and integrated appliances and £1,000 towards legal fees.

The homes which have price tags of £605,000, are also  eligible for purchase under the Help to Buy scheme.

The double fronted homes are next to the local primary school and within walking distance of the village centre. They offer more than 1,900 sq ft of space, with an open plan kitchen/ family/breakfast room, separate sitting room, dining room, utility, cloakroom, en suites to two of the bedrooms and a family bathroom.

To view contact ehB Residential on 01926 881144 or at info@ehbresidential.com.

"Hi Scott This is just to say thank you to you and your team for the successful sale of the Fairways, and at such a good price. You and your colleagues were so helpful in the whole process. Happy Christmas. Regards J Brindle "
