Quick-off-the-mark home hunters able to move into their brand new home in time for Christmas are being offered a goody bag of free gifts if they buy one of David Wilson Homes’ five-bedroom detached homes in Long Itchington.
ehB Residential is selling the few remaining plots at Spinney Fields on the Stockton Road just outside Southam – and developers are encouraging a speedy sale by paying the stamp duty for all purchases which complete by December 22.
