An open weekend in November offers the first chance to view all three high-end apartments converted from an imposing Regency villa in Leamington town centre.
And agents ehB Residential are urging would-be buyers to get to the head of the viewing queue, as a recent complex created by the same developer last year sold out in just four hours!
Victoria Court in Kenilworth Road, lovingly converted by Warwick firm Space GK, consists of two duplex apartments and a penthouse created from the original double bay fronted building.
The complex is open for viewing on Saturday November 3 from 10am until 2pm and Sunday November 4 from 11am until 2pm.
The top floor apartment enjoys a 32 foot long kitchen living room, two large double bedrooms both with en suites and a study or third bedroom.
The duplexes offer two bedrooms apiece, each with an en suite and a large kitchen living room, as well as both a lounge and a study or third bedroom.
All have been sympathetically restored and will offer very high specification finishes including Duravit bathrooms, Charles Yorke kitchens, Porcelanosa tiles and engineered timber floors. Each has two parking spaces – one of which has a charging point for an electric vehicle.
The apartments are insulated to provide thermal and acoustic performance up to and above that required by building regulations.
Hi-tech gadgetry not available to the original 19th century residents also abounds – with wifi enabled central heating, wall mounted media panels, underfloor heating in kitchens and bathrooms and even a Quooker tap for instant boiling water!
Spring will see Victoria Court augmented by the addition of a quartet of four storey town houses and a detached three storey property
ehB Residential sold all the apartments at Space GK’s Park House development in Avenue Road in the first four hours of an open weekend last spring, with the latest addition to its portfolio expected to spark a similar level of interest.
Prices start at £685,000.
"The stress of moving house and renting a property out is enough for even the strongest to endure, however, having bought our house through ehB Warwick and rented out our previous home through them too, I can honestly say things could not have gone any better. The purchase went without a glitch and the whole process took 8 weeks. ehB worked extremely hard to keep all parties well informed and managed everyone's individual needs well. They found a tenant for us within a day, who moved into our house upon completion of our purchase. We can honestly say that without a doubt we would use ehB in the future and would recommend their services to anyone considering buying, selling or renting a home."
