Show apartment will attract autumn interest at Kenilworth town centre development

Fri 06 Sep 2019

A show apartment at a niche complex of eight large, light and airy apartments just yards from Kenilworth town centre is expected to attract a healthy number of viewings this autumn.

The 900 to 1,000 sq ft plus apartments at Payne House in Warwick Place are likely to prove popular with those looking for plenty of space and easy access to Waitrose, Abbey Fields and the railway station, says selling agent ehB Residential.

All have spacious open plan kitchen lounge dining rooms, most with bi-fold doors and three bedrooms (or two bedrooms and a study), a fully tiled en suite and main bathroom, fitted wardrobes and secure parking.

Three of the apartments, including the penthouse, have two balconies each – one at the front and one at the back for maximum sunbathing opportunities. They all enjoy a communal courtyard and two have private balconies. The unusual stand-alone property has a private entrance and occupies two storeys.

The kitchens are fitted with AEG appliances and all have Karndean flooring.

The apartments are the final phase in a select twenty home development just off Kenilworth’s main thoroughfare – with all three four-bedroom townhouses and nine luxury apartments in the first phase sold.

Leamington developer Trengarren’s previous exclusive developments include an apartment and penthouse scheme created from two Victorian villas in Leamington’s elegant Leam Terrace.

Prices range from £340,000 to £399,950.

The properties are available through ehB Residential which can be contacted via www.ehbresidential.com or on 01926 881144.

"Just a quick note to say a big thank you for all your hard work diligence & understanding to help the sale go through so quickly."
