Working closely with the ehB Residential Sales Department, we are able to ensure a full service to our clients.

The services we can offer depend entirely on the needs of the client and range from a tenant find only to a complete fully managed service whereby we can collect the rent, manage any maintenance issues, carry out regular inspections and be your tenant’s main point of contact.

The team currently manage over 250 properties within the Leamington Spa and Warwickshire area and work with local approved contractors to make sure all our properties are being maintained to the highest possible standard.


All our available rental properties are prominently displayed on the ehB Residential website as well as on Rightmove and OntheMarket.
