ehB has a New Homes department that looks after the specific needs of new build developers in the Warwickshire region. We deal with single plots through to major housing developments, with the ability to advise on all aspects of development incluidng land acquisition, planning, marketing and sales.
Our New Homes Department is a leader in new homes sales in the mid and south Warwickshire area. We have a long and proven track record with developers on a local, regional and national basis dealing with single properties, apartment schemes and larger housing developments.
Development Consultancy
Our experts can guide clients right through the process of the development. They will advise on site acquisition, property type, market conditions and marketing.
We recognise that from initial concept to the delivery of the end product, attention needs to be focused on creating value. This is achieved through a blend of experience, market knowledge and a desire to challenge and enhance designs, ensuring that profit and value are delivered.
Marketing
The team operates hand in hand with our Residential Sales Department and can mount a complete marketing and sales campaign to dovetail into development.
This can include the production of full colour property brochures, press and internet advertising and a bespoke public relations service. We can establish and staff sales centres at the developments we market, providing a professional and informed presence.
All new homes are marketed to our network of investors and our database of applicants who register with us, in addition to featuring on the various websites that we use.
