A boutique development in Leamington Spa is to be showcased to the public at a launch event.
Property agent ehB Residential is holding an open weekend at the new Park House development, in Avenue Road, on November 12 and 13.
The scheme, developed by Warwick firm Space gk, features eight one and two bedroom apartments, including two duplexes and one rooftop penthouse.
The contemporary homes boast first-class German kitchens and bathroom technology, luxury carpets to bedrooms and underfloor heating throughout as standard.
Each apartment will also be allocated one parking space as well as a storage area in the basement.
The homes range between £195,000 and £380,000 and the open weekend is the first opportunity that the public will have to look around the apartments ahead of them going on sale.
Interested home buyers can go along between 10am and 4pm on November 12 and 11am and 2pm on November 13.
Edward Bromwich, of ehB Residential, said: “We look forward to welcoming people to take a first glimpse of these contemporary, stylish homes at our open weekend.
